Alberta Forestry and Parks - Parks Division (Alberta Parks) is seeking a business entity, non-profit organization or proponent team to operate and maintain the premises at Wabamun Lake Provincial Park under a Facility Operating Agreement. The operator will deliver Alberta Parks services under the Alberta Parks brand and must follow the Provincial Parks Fees Order, regulations, directives, performance standards and business rules; the FOA is a contract to provide park operations (not a long-term lease) and includes turnkey contractual expectations and processes such as an Annual Operating Plan and revenue and expense reporting. Refer to the RFP and Appendix C for details on the premises and full requirements.
