Parks Canada Agency is seeking a supplier for provision of incident camp facilities and catering services to support operations located near active wildfires at road‑accessible locations in national parks within British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and the Northwest Territories. Contracts resulting from the supply arrangement will typically range from $1,000 up to $1,000,000 (GST included); suppliers may submit arrangements at any time while Canada conducts biannual evaluations (first closing date noted as June 2, 2020 at 14:00 MDT, with recurring refresh dates on April 30 and October 30 at 14:00 MDT). Bids are accepted only by email to soumissionsouest-bidswest@canada.ca or by facsimile to 1-866-246-6893 (Parks Canada is not accepting bids via SAP Ariba; in-person or courier submissions will not be accepted), the maximum email file size is 15 megabytes and documents must be sent as attachments (links will not be accepted). This procurement is subject to specified Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (including several agreements in the Northwest Territories and the Yukon Umbrella Final Agreement) and all work must comply with National Parks Regulations and the National Park Act.
