About

Northern Village of Green Lake is seeking qualified contractors for upgrades to its water treatment plant, including construction of a new 93 m2 building addition over the existing concrete water storage reservoir; supply and installation of treatment, pumping, mechanical and electrical equipment; conversion of the existing water treatment plant building with decommissioning of miscellaneous mechanical and electrical equipment and renovation of interior and exterior finishes; modifications to the existing concrete reservoir; installation of approximately 150 lin.m. of 100 mm diameter HDPE raw water main; site cleanup; and repair of defects in workmanship and/or materials for one year after completion. Contractors must direct written inquiries for clarification with the subject line “Northern Village of Green Lake Water Treatment Plant Upgrades - Request for Qualification” including the applicant’s company name; inquiries will be received up until 5:00 pm C.S.T. on Tuesday, October 13th, 2026.
