Tender: Modular Water Treatment Plant Installation and Waterworks Upgrades – Hythe Recreational Facility

The County is seeking a supplier to install a factory-fabricated, modular/prefabricated water treatment plant supplied by Flowpoint Environmental Systems and to complete associated water distribution, sanitary sewer, well works and site restoration at the Hythe Recreational Facility. Work includes offloading, setting and levelling the delivered containerized treatment unit on a helical pile foundation; preparing a gravel parking area; supplying and installing all external connections (process piping, drainage, electrical service, heat tracing and controls integration) and integrating the unit with the County’s SCADA; supplying and installing a submersible pump, pitless adapter, level transmitter and associated piping and electrical for a new artesian well; installing stainless steel process and sanitary piping, point-of-use treatment inside the Hythe Arena, new raw and potable water distribution piping and fittings via horizontal directional drilling, sanitary sewer connections via open trench, abandonment/decommissioning of four existing water wells per applicable Alberta requirements, surface and landscaping restoration, and testing, commissioning and handover of a fully operational system covered by a 2-year warranty (with Flowpoint providing warranty services for their supply per the contract).
