About

The Province is seeking a supplier to design, build, deliver, set up and commission a modular 20‑person wet sleeper for the Loon River Fire Base consisting of two 15' x 88' modules joined into a 30' x 88' building with a gable roof, two 6' x 6' decks (one at each end) each with a single set of stairs. Proposals must include specifications, materials, floor plan, plumbing and electrical details, construction and elevation drawings, and pile layout requirements. The completed unit must be on site, installed and commissioned by March 19, 2027; location details are SW-9-94-7-W5, GPS 57.13560, -115.07403 (approximately 70 km north of Red Earth Creek, AB and 3 km off Hwy 88).
