Strathcona County is seeking a supplier for metal roofing repairs and interior architectural finishes repairs at Festival Place, 100 Festival Way, Sherwood Park, Alberta. The work includes providing all labour, materials, equipment, supervision and coordination to complete roof repairs and eave system repairs, replacement of moisture‑damaged roofing materials, installation and testing of new heat trace systems with associated electrical modifications, coordination of rooftop equipment removals and reinstatements, and interior drywall, painting and flooring repairs along with temporary protection, safety measures and site restoration to deliver a complete operational installation as described in Sub‑Schedule “C‑2” of the Agreement. The selected contractor will enter into the County’s standard construction agreement and must demonstrate qualifications, resources and capacity for project planning, scheduling, submittal management, quality and safety management, testing, commissioning, documentation and closeout, while coordinating with County representatives and facility operations to maintain public safety and minimize disruptions and ensure compliance with the Contract Documents, applicable codes and industry best practices.
