About

Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors is seeking a contractor for grading, supply of aggregate and granular base, asphalt concrete pavement (EPS Mix Type M1, PG 52-34), bridge culvert replacement (watercourse culvert BF 8194-1) and related work on Hwy 791:08 north of Twp. Rd. 362 to Hwy. 42 (km 32.560–35.640 and 39.950–40.466; culvert at km 33.991) in the Central Region. The contract requires the contractor to supply all materials and covers approximate quantities including 54,900 tonne supply of aggregate (with option), 85,000 m3 common excavation, 28,300 m3 contractor-supplied borrow excavation, 36,600 tonne granular base, 10,500 tonne granular fill, 7,800 tonne asphalt concrete pavement, 150 m of 800 mm culverts supply/install, 5.43 km new fence supply and install, road painting, and lump-sum items for traffic accommodation, bridge demolition and structural excavation for BF 8194-1; contract completion date is September 15, 2027.
