About

Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors is seeking a consultant to provide preliminary engineering, detailed design, contract tendering, contract administration, construction supervision, and post-construction and warranty inspection for the Highway 16 interchange at Highway 855, including the new bridge (BF 83287-1) carrying Highway 855/15 over Highway 16. This RFP is only open to the three short‑listed proponents from RFEI 2025-05: AECOM Canada ULC, Stantec Consulting Ltd., and Tetra Tech Canada Inc.; any submissions from other firms will be returned without review. Proposals must be submitted as two separate PDF files — Part One (Qualification Submission) and Part Two (Fee Proposal) — with each file under 10 MB. No payment will be made for proposal preparation, and consultant selection will be based on best overall value rather than lowest cost.
