Tender: Hazardous Waste Disposal Services Supply Arrangements for Canadian Federal Departments (PWGSC)

Public Services and Procurement Canada (PWGSC) is seeking suppliers to establish multiple national or regional Supply Arrangements to provide all labour, materials, equipment, tools and supervision for the identification, labelling, packaging, preparation of profile documentation sheets, loading, transportation and disposal/destruction of user-generated hazardous waste products for various Federal Government Departments and Agencies across Canada. Suppliers must be licensed and permitted to provide hazardous waste disposal services in one or more provinces or territories; the Supply Arrangements have no defined end date and will replace existing arrangements under EW479-150546 & EW479-162880/B. Two streams may be issued: a General stream (open to any supplier, including Indigenous suppliers) and a PSAB stream (set-aside for Indigenous suppliers), each requiring the ability to provide services nationally or in at least one region; procurement tiers and rules apply by estimated value (< $40,000; $40,000–$100,000; $100,000–$400,000, with requirements above $400,000 outside the scope of these arrangements) and some tiers may be subject to trade agreement or Government Contracts Regulations provisions. The solicitation includes new Code of Conduct and certification measures, allows negotiation by the Crown, and permits submission in either official language.
