About

Public Works and Government Services Canada is seeking suppliers to establish supply arrangements for the supply, delivery and installation of furniture for Work Spaces and related product services on an as‑and‑when‑requested basis. The RFSA covers six product categories: interconnecting panels and freestanding systems; freestanding height adjustable desks/tables; metal filing and storage cabinets; wood veneer freestanding products; ancillary and lighting products; and support space furniture. Suppliers may be issued a single Supply Arrangement (SA) per stream under two streams (a Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business stream and a General stream), do not have to offer all products to be issued an SA, and must provide delivery and installation when required in individual solicitations. The SA has no defined end date, delivery date is listed as 23/04/2029, there is no security requirement for issuance (though delivery/installation may carry security requirements), and some amendments require ANSI/BIFMA e3 third‑party certification (minimum level® 2) for products by October 31, 2019.
