The RFSA (Supply Arrangement EN578‑201407) is open for new supplier arrangements at any time before the RFSA closing date and arrangements are evaluated quarterly (March, June, September and December); qualified suppliers will be issued Supply Arrangements covering nine product categories and divided into five streams (Business Cards; Reprographics/Duplicating; Low Quantity; High Quantity; Specialized Security Printing). Suppliers must indicate the streams and one or more of six geographic regions (Atlantic, Quebec outside the NCR, National Capital Region, Ontario outside the NCR, Western, Pacific) when submitting. Individual contracts under the Supply Arrangements will not exceed $2,000,000 (contracts above that will be procured via RFP on GETS), all goods/services must be Canadian, and the procurement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement, the Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business set‑aside provisions, and Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements; Stream E requires valid Level 2 and/or Level 3 security clearance while Streams A–D have no mandatory baseline security to qualify (security may be required on subsequent RFPs). Suppliers may submit electronically via epost Connect; the RFSA delivery date is listed as 29/03/2021 and issued arrangements remain valid until Canada determines otherwise.
