Tender: Ongoing Qualification for Subscription Agent Services — Acquisition, Delivery and Management of Print and Electronic Publications

Canada is seeking a supplier for Subscription Agent services to acquire subscriptions to publications of all types and in all media (including traditional print added to library holdings and electronic content hosted by publishers), to deliver, manage and support those subscriptions, and to provide access to the Electronic Resource Management Platform under Supply Arrangement E60PI-23AGNT. This is an ongoing Request for Supply Arrangements (RFSA) that permits new suppliers to submit arrangements and potentially become Supply Arrangement Holders; existing qualified suppliers who have already been issued a supply arrangement are not required to submit a new arrangement. The detailed scope of work and limitations of the Subscription Agent’s authority are defined in Annex A (Statement of Work) and Annex C (Supply Arrangement Information and Contracting Instructions).
