About

SSC is seeking suppliers to qualify as Qualified Respondents for the Government of Canada Network Services (GCNS) Stream 4 Optical Network Services (ONS) through this Invitation to Qualify (ITQ). Qualified Respondents will be eligible to participate in any refresh of the GCNS Stream 4 ONS Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) under the ITQ's terms and conditions. The ITQ notes that Bell Canada; Rogers (formerly Shaw Telecom G.P. o/a Shaw Business); Bragg Communications Inc. (operating as Eastlink); and Zayo Canada Inc. are already qualified from a prior ITQ and are not required to participate in this issuance. Estimated quantity, contract duration, delivery timeframe and conditions for participation are not specified and will be determined in later solicitations.
