About

Shared Services Canada is seeking Internet Service Providers to prequalify to deliver Local Internet Access Services (LIAS) for federal government sites across Canada on an as-and-when requested basis for SSC, its exclusive Partner Organizations, Mandatory Clients, and any other government organization that chooses SSC for LIAS procurement. This Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) invites ISPs to demonstrate the required experience and capacity to be issued Supply Arrangements (SAs); SSC intends to qualify all suppliers who meet the criteria and will use the resulting SAs to establish a roster of qualified ISPs, standardize contracts, streamline future solicitations and invoicing, formalize and consolidate legacy and contracted connections, recompete expiring contracted connections, and establish new LIAS connections. This RFSA is not a solicitation of bids or tenders and being issued an SA does not guarantee a contract award.
