Shared Services Canada is seeking Canadian-owned and controlled cloud suppliers through a Sovereign Cloud Qualification Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) to establish a roster of Qualified Respondents for future sovereign cloud procurements. The non-competitive ITQ collects vendor information and value propositions across indicative service areas including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), AI enabling services, managed service providers for classified cloud solutions, and other cloud or cloud-enabling capabilities; it does not constitute a commitment to procure or award a contract. Respondents must confirm Canadian ownership and control and submit the designated form and supporting documentation as defined in the ITQ; the process is open and ongoing on CanadaBuys with the first intake closing on October 19, 2026, responses assessed within 20 working days, and informational webinars on October 8, 2026 (French 10:00–11:00 a.m. EDT; English 1:00–2:00 p.m. EDT) with registration by October 6, 2026 via PVRCloudServicesRCRs.DCCServicesinfonuagiquesARF@ssc-spc.gc.ca. The National Security Exception has been invoked and no trade agreement applies.
