About

Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors is seeking proposals for preliminary engineering, detailed design, contract tendering, contract administration, construction supervision, post-construction activities (project completion, commissioning, and project records) and warranty inspection for filtration system upgrades at the Buffalo Lake Pump House and Phase II upgrades at the Gull Lake Pump House, including structure replacement and related work. Proposals must be submitted as two separate PDF files (Part One: Technical Qualifications; Part Two: Proposal Fee), each under 10 MB. This is a Request for Proposal (not an invitation to tender); Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors may request clarifications, accept or reject proposals without negotiation, or negotiate changes to the successful proposal. No payment will be made for proposal preparation costs, and selection will be based on best overall value rather than lowest cost.
