Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors is seeking an engineering consultant to deliver preliminary engineering, detailed design, contract tendering, contract administration, construction and fabrication supervision, post-construction and warranty inspection for culvert and standard bridge replacement works at specified sites: Contract A (CON0025855) for BF07098 over a tributary to Fourways Creek and BF07208 and BF07210 over tributaries to Peigan Creek near Orion, AB; and Contract B (CON0025856) for BF02109 over Kipp Coulee near Stirling, AB and BF02183 over a tributary to Kipp Coulee near Raymond, AB. This RFP is only open to the three short-listed proponents named in RFEI 2025-03 (Dillon Consulting Limited; ISL Engineering and Land Services Ltd.; Roseke Engineering Ltd.). Proposals must be submitted as two separate PDF files (Part One: qualification submission; Part Two: fee proposal), each under 10 MB; no payment will be made for proposal preparation and selection will be based on best overall value rather than lowest cost.

This opportunity is most relevant to pre-qualified civil engineering firms capable of end-to-end bridge and culvert design and construction supervision. Key considerations include the limited shortlist of eligible proponents, strict two-file/under-10MB submission requirements, and evaluation on overall value rather than price alone.
