The Correctional Service of Canada is seeking a supplier to deliver Directed Faith Community Reintegration services under the Muslim Initiative in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Areas and the Edmonton area. The requirement funds projects that partner with Muslim faith community organizations to support offender reintegration after release by developing community capacity, building links between offenders and religious/spiritual groups, liaising with parole and justice organizations, and supporting offender reintegration plans and program goals. CSC may award up to two contracts (one per stream: Stream 1 — Greater Toronto and Hamilton Areas; Stream 2 — Edmonton); bidders may propose for one or both streams but must have the resources to meet all locations in a chosen stream. Key deliverables include a disengagement model within six months of contract award, monthly quantitative indicator reports and invoices within 30 days after each month, and quarterly qualitative reports within 30 days after each quarter. The work period runs from contract award to March 31, 2028, with the option to renew for five additional one-year periods. This procurement is open only to Canadian suppliers, is not subject to trade agreements, includes security requirements, and will be evaluated on the highest combined score of technical merit and price.
