About

The Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada is seeking a supplier to provide professional services to the Chief Innovation and Technology Office to advance the Digital Case Modernization initiative and modernize the IRB’s case management application ecosystem. The work includes analysis, architecture and technical design, software development, integration, testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer to define, validate and implement modern digital solutions that improve sustainability, interoperability, security and scalability while supporting a transition to a cloud-aligned microservices architecture and operating model to enable better service improvements, data sharing, reporting and future automation and AI capabilities.
