Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is seeking a design-build team to design and construct the Camp Sustain Theatre Support Coordination Centre (CSTS CC) at Montreal Garrison using a modified design-build approach. The Request for Proposals (RFP) sets an estimated project cost of $31,100,000.00 and details required multidisciplinary roles and hourly classifications including architects, sustainable designers, structural, mechanical, electrical and civil engineers, technologists/technicians, project management, superintendent and an Indigenous relations coordinator, as well as cost allowances, travel estimates and a maximum upset fee. Proposals must be submitted through the MERX Electronic Bidding System; the solicitation is conducted under CFTA, CETA and WTO‑AGP procurement rules, and the selected contractor must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS) from the Contract Security Program (PSPC).
