About

The Department of National Defence (DND) is seeking suppliers under the TBIPS pre‑qualified list to provide two Senior Programmer/Software Developers (Level 3) and one Senior Database Modeller / Information Management Modeller (Level 3), with the requirement expected to result in up to three contracts over a four‑year period. Work is to be performed in the National Capital Region at 455 Boulevard de la Carrière, Gatineau, Quebec, with an estimated level of effort of 225 days per year for three resources. Supplier security clearance required is FSC – Secret and RFP documents will be e‑mailed directly to the qualified TBIPS holders invited to bid; RFPs are not available on the government electronic tendering system. The notice also states a related DND requirement for up to three Senior Web Architects (SharePoint Specialists) to support DGAEPM SharePoint development and maintenance.
