Indigenous Services Canada is seeking a supplier for Oracle and MS SQL Server database administration and support services to be delivered on an as‑and‑when‑required basis via Task Authorizations under the TBIPS Supply Arrangement; the requirement is intended to result in one contract for two years with three additional one‑year irrevocable options. The requirement is open only to TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders under EN578-170432 Tier 1 for the following roles and levels: Database Administrator (Level 2 and Level 3), Database Analyst / Information Management Modeller (Level 2 and Level 3), and Database Modeller (Level 2 and Level 3). The estimated level of effort is approximately 200 days per year per resource. This procurement is set aside under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB) and only Indigenous businesses meeting PSIB eligibility in Indigenous Services Canada’s Indigenous Business Directory may submit a bid. Security requirements for the resulting contract include a Facility Security Clearance at the SECRET level, personnel security screening at the SECRET level and document safeguarding at PROTECTED B; SA Holders do not need these clearances to submit a bid.
