Tender: Sustainment Business Case Analysis Support – Project Managers, Financial, Business and ILS Specialists for DND (2-year, National Capital Region)

Department of National Defence is seeking a supplier for sustainment business case analysis support comprising Two (2) Project Managers Level 3 and One (1) Financial Specialist Level 3 (Project Management Services Stream 3); Two (2) Business Analysts Level 3 (Business Consulting/Change Management Stream 2); One (1) Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Specialist Level 3 (Technical, Engineering and Maintenance Services Stream 5); plus an as‑and‑when One (1) Technical Writer Level 3 and One (1) Procurement Specialist Level (Project Management Services Stream 3). The solicitation intends to establish one contract for two years with work to start as soon as possible, services to be performed on‑site at one of the specified Department of National Defence facilities in the National Capital Region (including 45 Boulevard Sacré‑Cœur and 72 Rue Laval in Gatineau, 101 Colonel By Drive in Ottawa and 60 Moodie Drive in Kanata). This requirement is only open to listed pre‑qualified suppliers under the Task and Solutions Professional Services (TSPS) Supply Arrangement E60ZT‑18TSPS (a list of qualified suppliers is provided), RFP documents will be e‑mailed to invited qualified SA holders, documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada, and a Supplier Security Clearance of Secret is required; questions are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority Jennifer Ouellet at jennifer.ouellet2@forces.gc.ca.
