About

The County of St. Paul is seeking a consultant to provide Coordinated Municipal Strategic Planning Services for the County of St. Paul No. 10, the Town of Elk Point, the Town of St. Paul and the Summer Village of Horseshoe Bay. The assignment will support each participating municipality in developing or refreshing a Council‑approved strategic plan that provides clear direction for the current Council term and supports informed decision-making on priorities, resources and implementation, with each municipality completing and adopting its own strategic plan. A single consultant is intended to provide coordination efficiencies, consistent facilitation and the opportunity to consider strategic alignment where municipalities already collaborate through shared service agreements; this municipal-focused assignment is not a regional strategic plan and does not imply amalgamation.
