About

Department of National Defence is seeking a supplier for one (1) Senior Life Cycle Management Specialist (LCMS) under stream 5 Technical Engineering and Maintenance Services to provide on-site support in the National Capital Region. The requirement is for a single contract of two initial years with the option to extend by up to four one‑year irrevocable option periods, with a delivery timeframe of 01 November 2025. This solicitation is restricted to pre-qualified suppliers under the Task and Solutions Professional Services (TSPS) Supply Arrangement (SA E60ZT-18TSPS) as listed in the procurement notice, requires Supplier Security Clearance at the Secret level (no document safeguarding), and specifies on-site work at one of several DND facilities in the National Capital Region (examples include 45 Boulevard Sacré-Cœur, Gatineau QC; 72 Rue Laval, Gatineau QC; 60 Moodie Drive, Kanata ON; and 101 Colonel By Drive, Ottawa ON).
