Tender: Construction of Six 4‑Unit Rowhouses and Two 6‑Unit Apartments – Liri Valley, CFB Edmonton

Defence Construction Canada is seeking a general contractor to construct and commission six rowhouse buildings (four units each) and two six‑unit apartment buildings in Liri Valley at CFB Edmonton, AB. The work includes the supply of labour, materials, supervision and equipment and covers exterior work, parking lot and utility connections as well as structural, mechanical and electrical work. This solicitation is the second step of a two‑step process and only general contractors who responded to the RFEOI are invited to submit a bid; the contract includes an Indigenous Benefits Plan and bid security is required. The estimated cost is $23,350,000, Substantial Completion is required within 700 calendar days after contract award with final completion 30 days thereafter, and a non-mandatory site visit is scheduled for September 3, 2026 at 10:00am MT at the DCC Office in Building 177, CFB Edmonton (confirm attendance by emailing Kelsey.Li@dcc-cdc.gc.ca). Bidding documents are available on MERX and the solicitation is conducted under CFTA, CETA (Chapter 19) and WTO‑GPA; preliminary tender results will be available on MERX and contract award results from the DCC website.
