Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is seeking a contractor to provide construction management services for the Infrastructure Modernization Program at Chilliwack, British Columbia and various range and training areas across Mainland BC (APN: 87908). The program, with an approximate estimate of $125,000,000 and an anticipated posting in Winter 2027, will deliver phased work packages over ten years to recapitalize existing assets and develop new infrastructure as required, including renewal of civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical and environmental systems. The retained contractor will provide pre-construction and construction phase services for major works such as interior/exterior demolition where hazardous materials may be present, interior renovations, exterior envelope work, electrical, mechanical, civil and structural works, and new infrastructure, while maintaining operations across Mainland BC. To be eligible for award, proponents must actively hold or obtain the required security clearance (anticipated level: Designated Organization Screening) prior to award; DCC may provide sponsorship assistance through its Industrial Security Program. The project may include an Indigenous business participation component in accordance with the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB).
