About

Defence Construction Canada is seeking a supplier for a Construction Management (CM) contract to deliver enabling infrastructure for the Canadian Patrol Submarine Project at Canadian Forces Base Esquimalt in Colwood (Victoria), BC. The anticipated PC26CPSP contract (estimated $5B–$10B, anticipated posting January 2027) will fund construction of jetties, maintenance facilities, training facilities, offices and other supporting facilities via a series of successive work packages to enable submarine berthing and maintenance by 2035–2036; the solicitation will require Facility Security Clearance (FSC) up to Level II (SECRET) and DCC is offering Industrial Security Program sponsorship assistance to begin security-clearance applications. The project may include an Indigenous business participation component in accordance with the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB).
