About

The City of Edmonton is seeking construction managers for pre-qualification to provide Construction Manager services for its LRT Renewal Program 2023–2026. This pre-qualification is intended to identify capable construction managers with experience delivering light rail transit infrastructure renewal projects in a brownfield environment. The City may use any delivery method it deems necessary for subsequent projects, including Construction Manager, Design-Build, or Design-Bid-Build, and the delivery method for each project will be determined at the City's sole discretion when the requirement arises.
