Tender: Canada Revenue Agency Ergonomics Services – In-Person and Virtual Support Across Canadian Regions

The Canada Revenue Agency is seeking a supplier for ergonomics services on an as-and-when-requested basis to provide in-person ergonomics services, virtual ergonomics services, subject matter expertise and ergonomics training sessions for CRA employees located in the National Capital Region (headquarters, excludes Gatineau), Atlantic Region (Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador), Ontario Region (Ontario except National Capital Region), Western Region (British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba) and Québec Region (includes Gatineau). The requirement is for a single contractor under a two-year contract from the date of award with options to extend up to three additional one-year periods under the same conditions. Orders will be placed through SAP Ariba (Synergy 2.0) and the successful contractor must hold an Ariba Network membership for the contract period; proposals may be submitted in English or French. The solicitation includes security requirements, the Federal Contractors Program for employment equity applies, the procurement is open only to Canadian suppliers and suppliers of an applicable trading partner, and bids must meet all mandatory evaluation criteria with the responsive bid having the highest combined rating of technical merit and price proceeding to conditions precedent to contract award.
