About

Canada is seeking suppliers for Temporary Help Services in the National Capital Region under the permanent Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA), Amendment #009 (June 2026). Supply Arrangements will be awarded only for service delivery within the NCR boundary (the Regional Municipality of Ottawa–Carleton in Ontario and the Outaouais Regional Community in Quebec). Suppliers must submit bids through the Centralized Professional Services System (CPSS) and follow the instructions in the RFSA; Canada may receive arrangements perpetually but will evaluate submissions in quarterly cycles with specified submission and evaluation periods, and suppliers may qualify for additional classifications each quarter.
