About

Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors is seeking proposals from the three prequalified consultants named (Mott MacDonald Canada Ltd., Stantec Consulting Ltd., Tetra Tech Canada Inc.) for two contracts: Contract A for replacement of bridges carrying Hwy 10:08 over a tributary to the Red Deer River near Rosedale (BF 73207), Hwy 569:02 over a watercourse near East Coulee (BF 71392), and Hwy 849:04 over a watercourse near Drumheller (BF 13047); and Contract B for a regional bridge engineering consultant to provide as‑and‑when required culvert and standard bridge replacements for the Northeastern area. Services required cover preliminary engineering, detailed design, contract tendering, contract administration, construction and fabrication supervision, and post-construction work. Proposals must be submitted as two separate PDF files (Part One: qualification submission; Part Two: fee proposal), each less than 10MB. No payment will be made for proposal preparation costs and selection will be based on best overall value rather than lowest cost.
