The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) is seeking an architectural firm with a multi-disciplinary team of sub-consultants to provide architectural and engineering services to deliver a new RCMP detachment, living quarters and an outbuilding at South Indian Lake, Manitoba. The contract period is sixty (60) months. Key requirements include personnel security screening: Enhanced Reliability Status (ERS) for General Contractor Site Superintendent(s), Project Manager(s) and Mechanical/Electrical sub-trade lead hands, and Facility Access Level 2 (FA2) with Escort for other contractors (FA2 contractors will have access to sanitized drawings only, as verified by the RCMP Personnel Security Unit); the Consultant and subconsultants must comply with the Security Requirements Check List (SRCL) and Security Guide (Appendix E). The basis of selection is the highest combined score of mandatory and point-rated criteria (80%) and price (20%).
