Tender: Mechanical Maintenance Services for RCMP Detachments in Arviat and Cambridge Bay, Nunavut

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) is seeking a supplier for the supply and delivery of mechanical maintenance services at the RCMP Arviat Detachment and the RCMP Cambridge Bay Detachment in Nunavut. The contract period is 12 months from date of contract and the procurement is subject to the Nunavut Land Claims Agreement and related directives; bidders must maximize Inuit employment, subcontracting and on-the-job training and submit an Inuit Benefits Plan as part of the Nunavut Benefits Criteria. This solicitation contains a security requirement, is open only to Canadian suppliers and suppliers of applicable trading partners, and will be evaluated on a combined rating of Inuit Benefits Plan merit (30%), technical merit (30%) and price (40%); bids must meet all mandatory requirements to be responsive. Documents and amendments will be posted on the Government Electronic Tendering Service (GETS), submissions may be in either official language, and bids must be submitted to the RCMP Bid Receiving Unit at NWR_Procurement_Bids@rcmp-grc.gc.ca; the RCMP applies the Integrity Regime administered by Public Services and Procurement Canada.
