Tender: United Kingdom In‑Market Representation Services for Destination Ontario — 2‑Year Contract (Option to Extend)

Destination Ontario is seeking a United Kingdom-based agency to provide in-market representation services covering market representation, strategic advice and account management; travel trade business development; media and public relations; consumer marketing, social media and influencer activity; and administrative and operational support. Work is organised as Core Deliverables to be delivered throughout the contract and Optional Deliverables that may be activated at Destination Ontario's discretion, including potential support for the France and Republic of Ireland markets. The contract term is two years with an option to extend for up to two additional years and is anticipated to start in January 2027, with the successful bidder transitioning in from the outgoing supplier and the confirmed start date set out in the resulting Agreement. Services must be delivered in the United Kingdom and the successful bidder must be based in or near London, have dedicated office space and the ability to travel to all major UK cities; the programme supports maintaining and growing travel trade and media relationships to advance Ontario as a preferred destination for high‑value UK travellers.
