About

Supply Ontario, on behalf of the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement, is seeking vendors to operate ServiceOntario Service Centres and will post a new procurement opportunity on January 13, 2025. The Ministry will issue a Request for Bids (RFB) to invite prospective bidders to qualify as Vendors to operate ServiceOntario Service Centre(s), and bidders can locate the upcoming opportunity in the Ontario Tenders Portal. ServiceOntario is seeking aspiring entrepreneurs, current business owners, retailers, and corporations interested in delivering essential government services on behalf of the Province of Ontario, including driver, vehicle, health card and Ontario Photo Card services. There are approximately 180 communities across Ontario in which ServiceCentre opportunities may become available; bidders will be required to identify which regions and communities they are willing to operate in, qualified vendors will be invited to a Second Stage Selection process, and successful vendors will be awarded an Issuing Services Agreement (ISA) to operate the ServiceOntario Service Centre(s). A vendor who is interested and able to meet all specifications and requirements outlined in the RFB should apply for this opportunity.
