Tender: Unified Communications and Contact Center Solutions – National Procurement for Canadian and U.S. Public Sector Agencies
Released 3 months ago
About
Canoe Procurement Group of Canada and Sourcewell are seeking a supplier for unified communications and contact center solutions to establish regional and/or national contracting solutions for use by their participating public-sector members across Canada and the United States. Requested solutions include unified communications (VoIP/UCaaS, video and audio collaboration, mobility, mass notification, enhanced messaging), contact center capabilities (CCaaS, automatic call/contact distribution and routing, omnichannel, IVR, real-time status, reporting and analytics) and related products and services such as architecture, implementation, migration, ongoing support, hardware, software, integrations, number porting and deployment for premises-based, cloud-based, or hybrid environments. AI-enabled features are permitted only when embedded in or directly supportive of the proposed UC or contact center solutions. Bidders may propose turn-key solutions or equipment-only offerings where members can install locally; exclusions include offerings limited to network-only or wireless services, TEM audits, consulting-only services, or brokers without direct solution ownership. The resulting contract term is four years with up to three additional one-year extensions; proposals must be submitted via the Sourcewell Procurement Portal by September 29, 2026 at 3:30 p.m. Central Time. Sourcewell encourages participation from small, minority-owned, women’s business, and veteran-owned suppliers.
This opportunity could be ideal for vendors that provide integrated UCaaS and CCaaS platforms plus implementation, migration and ongoing support for public-sector and education clients. Key considerations include strict compliance with the Sourcewell portal submission requirement and the Sept 29, 2026 deadline, adherence to applicable Canadian trade agreement rules, capability to serve multi-jurisdictional members, and avoidance of bids from network-only providers, TEM auditors, consulting-only firms, or brokers without direct solution ownership.
