Tender: Digital Procurement Platform and Related Services for Operational Goods — National Contract (Canoe/Sourcewell, Canada)

Canoe Procurement Group of Canada, on behalf of Sourcewell and represented associations including the Saskatchewan Association of Rural Municipalities (SARM), is seeking proposals for digital procurement platforms with related services for operational goods to establish regional and/or national contract solutions for use by its members across Canada. The arrangement is intended to provide access to selected Sourcewell openly competed contracts for Canoe’s represented associations and their members, which include thousands of governmental bodies, higher education, K‑12 education, not‑for‑profit, tribal government and other public agencies across all provinces and territories. The RFP will result in contract solutions governed by applicable Canadian trade agreements (including the Canadian Free Trade Agreement Chapter 5, the Ontario‑Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, CETA Chapter 19, the New West Partnership Trade Agreement and the Atlantic Trade and Procurement Partnership) and proposals are due November 4, 2026 at 3:30 p.m. Central Time.
