Sourcewell and Canoe Procurement Group of Canada are seeking suppliers for uncrewed systems, operations and management software, professional services, and managed services to establish regional and/or national contract solutions for use by their Participating Entities and Canoe members across Canada and the United States, including governmental, higher education, K–12, not-for-profit, tribal and other public agencies. Proposers must select one Primary Lot (1–6) that best represents their principal line of business; the solicitation references compliance with applicable Canadian trade agreements and allows for negotiations, supplemental supplier onboarding during the master agreement term, and possible rolling onboarding windows. The solicitation states an initial contract term of four years with up to three one-year extensions (and the possibility of additional extensions in exceptional circumstances), and proposals are due October 22, 2026 at 3:30 p.m. Central Time.
