About

The Defence Investment Agency, on behalf of the Department of National Defence, is seeking a supplier for the acquisition of a Domestic General Purpose Uncrewed Aircraft System (GPUAS) capability to support Canadian Army domestic operations including intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance, situational awareness, force protection, disaster response, search and rescue support, infrastructure assessment, training and experimentation. Bidders must supply and deliver a minimum of eighty (80) UAS systems plus associated payloads, ground control stations, support equipment, technical publications, spare parts, software and firmware support, and train-the-trainer services, and meet airworthiness support, cybersecurity assurance, supply chain security, spectrum supportability, configuration management and lifecycle sustainment requirements. Offer submissions must be submitted by 27 October 2026 by 14:00 EDT, and this procurement is limited to suppliers holding a Stream 1 Supply Arrangement under the Defence Drone Initiative.
