Transport Canada is seeking a consultant under the TSPS Real Property Project Management Services stream to assess building systems, develop a complete tender package, support procurement, and oversee project delivery through to closeout over a two-year contract period. This requirement is open only to Supply Arrangement holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 1; invited SA Holders named in the notice include BGIS Global Integrated Solutions Canada LP; Colliers Project Leaders Inc. Colliers Maîtres de Projets Inc.; Colliers Project Leaders Inc. Colliers Maîtres de Projets Inc., Tiree Facility Solutions Inc., in joint venture; Comtech Group Inc.; Ernst & Young LLP; Goss Gilroy Inc.; Hofmann PM Inc.; Lighting Tree Consulting Inc.; Mobile Resource Group Inc.; Olav Consulting Corp., Moshwa Aboriginal Information Technology Corporation, in joint venture; Opus Leaders Inc.; P2I Strategies Ltd; Publivate Inc.; The Aim Group Inc.; Tiree Facility Solutions Inc.; and WSP Canada Inc. The contract incorporates security requirements per Annex B to the supply arrangement, including a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), reliability status for personnel requiring access to sensitive sites, prior written permission from the Contract Security Program for subcontracts with security requirements, and compliance with the Security Requirements Checklist/guide and the Contract Security Manual.
