About

Town of Drumheller is seeking organizations experienced in municipal water system engineering and professional consulting services to submit non-binding pre-qualification submissions to provide on-demand support for various water system projects that the Town may require over the next three years. The RFQUAL will shortlist up to two Pre-Qualified Organizations ranked first and second; for future assignments the Town may, at its sole option, offer a right of first refusal to the Pre-Qualified Organizations in rank order, invite them to a by-invitation second-stage RFP for specific assignments, or run a public RFP open to pre-qualified and non-pre-qualified organizations. The right of first refusal is offered first to the 1st-ranked organization and may be offered to the 2nd-ranked if the 1st-ranked cannot accept the assignment or the parties cannot agree. Pre-qualification will be valid for three years from the RFQUAL closing date in accordance with CETA requirements, and no exclusivity is provided for these services.
