About

Transport Canada - Multi-Modal Safety and Security - Research and Science Collaboration’s (MMSS-RSC’s) Clean Marine program is seeking a supplier for testing of Zero Emission Propulsion Systems (ZEPS). This solicitation cancels and supersedes previous solicitation Doc5460258546 dated February 6, 2026 (previous closing May 25, 2026 at 11:00 Pacific time). All projects under this solicitation must be completed by March 31, 2030, with a proposed contract start date on or after April 1, 2027. The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian services and to the Policy on Reciprocal Procurement; only Canadian Suppliers, as defined in the solicitation, are eligible and offers submitted by Suppliers of a Non-Trading Partner will be rejected.
