About

Environment and Climate Change Canada is seeking a supplier for specialized test-grade fuel for emissions testing of vehicles and engines, supplied to the precise specifications referenced under the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999. This is a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for delivery on an as-and-when-requested basis to the Transportation Emissions & Electrification Laboratory Facility in Ottawa from December 1, 2026 up to and including November 30, 2028. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers; documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada, and debriefings will be available upon request.
