Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) is seeking a Change Management Consultant (Level 3) under the Task Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Supply Arrangement to support adoption and sustainment of changes from DFO digital investments and the department’s transformation agenda. The consultant will focus on the people side of change to minimize resistance, build stakeholder commitment, and promote continuous improvement; establish, document and improve change management standards, frameworks, methodologies, tools and governance for consistent application across projects and programs; and build internal capability through training, coaching, mentoring and knowledge transfer to create a sustainable community of practice. This requirement is open only to TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders under EN578-170432 who qualified under Tier 2 in the National Capital Region, is intended to result in the award of one contract from contract award to two years later, and carries an estimated level of effort of 7,200 days; security requirements include Common PS SRCL #6, corporate Designated Organization Screening (DOS) and minimum resource security of Reliability.
