Lacombe County is seeking a supplier to provide two (2) new 2027 crawler dozers model D155AX-8 complete with ripper or an equivalent model. Bidders must supply new, standard production machines, submit specification sheets and any variations on separate labeled sheets, maintain a store or branch within 100 km of Lacombe County, indicate the number of similar machines sold in Alberta in the past five years, provide parts books and electronic diagnostic and full machine repair manuals, and make the equipment available for a minimum two-day demonstration. Required warranty terms include a 6-year / 7,500-hour full machine warranty FOB Lacombe County job site with a 48-hour machine availability guarantee (based on current ARA rates), a 48-hour parts availability guarantee (parts free if not met), a 4,000-hour undercarriage assurance warranty, zero deductible, recognition of generic fluids, and warranty to start on the into-service date; additional necessary items should be listed separately with prices. Lacombe County reserves the right to reject tenders not completed in full.
