About

Suppliers are sought for National Master Standing Offers to supply marine fuels across various locations in Canada in accordance with Canadian General Standards Board standards, with deliveries required on an as-and-when-requested basis from date of issuance up to and including May 31, 2027. This request for standing offers (RFSO) cancels and supersedes the previous RFSO E60HL-250051-A dated March 17, 2025 (closing April 28, 2025) and is open only to Canadian suppliers and to Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner; late submissions will not be considered and a debriefing is available on request to offerors who bid on the previous RFSO.
