About

The Government of Canada is seeking a supplier for the supply of 2027 or newer model year light duty vehicles through a National Master Standing Offer. This is the second stage of a two-stage competitive procurement: the first stage produced a qualified offeror list and only NPP-qualified offerors on that list may bid on the Request for Standing Offer (RFSO). All qualified offerors who meet the RFSO's mandatory criteria will be eligible to become Standing Offer holders.
