The Department of National Defence is seeking a supplier for the production and supply of CADPAT™-patterned coated nylon/polyurethane cloth (235 g/m²) in the CADPAT Multi-Terrain (MT) pattern. This solicitation is subject to limited tendering and only companies holding a valid and active CADPAT printing licence issued by DND will be invited to submit bids; the licensed companies named in the solicitation are Textiles Monterey (1996) Inc. / Monterey Textiles (1996) Inc., Brookwood Companies Incorporated, Textil Santanderina, S.A., NV Utexbel, and Brittany Global Technologies Corporation. Where suppliers have previously submitted samples for the same or equivalent requirement, those samples may be retained and considered if DND confirms they remain representative and meet the applicable technical requirements. The Request for Standing Offers (RFSO) package will be provided directly to eligible licensed firms, and companies interested in obtaining a CADPAT printing licence are directed to the Canada.ca page "Requesting the Commercial Use of the Canadian Disruptive Pattern (CADPAT)" for licensing information.
