Vulcan County Public Works is seeking a supplier for a new 2027 tandem axle tractor equipped with an Eaton 18-speed manual transmission. Sealed hard copy proposals must be submitted to Director of Operations Mike Kiemele with the subject line "TANDEM TRACTOR" by October 2, 2026 at 9:00am at the Vulcan County Public Works shop, 107 3rd Street South, Vulcan, Alberta. This is a Request for Proposals (RFP); Vulcan County reserves the right to accept, reject, or negotiate proposals, waive irregularities, and award to any proponent it deems appropriate; evaluation may consider experience, reputation, safety record, financial solvency, rating guide, and past service and warranty performance with Vulcan County.
